Before you begin, you will need the individualized URL or QR code that was supplied by your employer. Check the email that was sent inviting you to use Back With Care™ for these items. If you cannot find the individualized URL, no problem, simply reach out to our support team through the chat box listed in the lower right hand corner of this page, we will get you to the right place!

Once you have the correct URL, follow these steps to install any Buoy product as a tile on your mobile device.

Back With Care™ are available on any internet-connected device via a web browser. There is no app to download, but we do offer a “Progressive Web App” (PWA) that mimics an app experience and allows you to save Buoy to your phone or tablet's home screen for easy access.

Apple Devices (iPhone or iPad):

  1. In the Safari browser, access the custom URL for your Back With Care™ experience (provided by your employer)

  2. Tap the "Share" icon in the center of the bottom navigation bar (see the first screen in the visual below).

  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen"

  4. Tap the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the screen, to complete the process

  5. You'll then see a "Buoy" tile appear on your device's home screen!

Android Devices:

  1. In either the Chrome or Samsung browser, open the link for your Back With Care™ experience provided by your employer.

  2. Select the three horizontal dots to the right of the chrome navigation bar to open the browser's menu

  3. Select "Install app" or "Add to home screen" (this may vary by browser)

  4. When a new window appears, select "Install" or "Add" and then "Add Automatically" (this may vary by browser)
