To login or sign up for Back With Care™ you will need to use the individualized URL or QR code that was supplied by your employer. To locate these, check the email that was sent inviting you to use Back With Care™. When you pull up the Back With Care™ website that is connected to your organization, you will see both your organization’s logo and Buoy’s logo in the upper left hand corner.

Once you are in the right place, follow these steps to sign up or create an account:

  1. Navigate to the Back With Care™ URL specific to your company and work location.

  2. Click or tap the blue Log in/Sign up button at the bottom of the screen

  3. Click or tap the Sign Up button on the right side of the log in box

  4. Enter your work email address (if you don't have a work email address, you can use your personal email)

  5. Enter a password of your choice

  6. Click or tap the blue Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen

Once you've created your account, you'll be redirected to the beginning of the experience, where you can begin your assessment.

Please keep in mind that this combination of your email and password will serve as your log-in credentials going forward! Now that you have an account, Buoy will be able to pre-populate your details for future visits!
