If you're unable to log in, consider the following:
- Before you can use Back With Care™, you need to create an account. You can do this by selecting the Sign up link at the bottom of the login screen. Employers do not create accounts for employees – this is a step the employee must take for themselves. (Note: Your Back With Care™ password doesn't have to be the same password you use for other employee accounts.)
- If you're sure you've already created a Back With Care™ account, then click the Forgot password? link below the email and password fields. You'll then receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with "Reset your password" as the subject line. If the email isn't appearing, check your junk or spam folders.
