If you’ve already created a Buoy account, you can reset your password through the login screen. Start by clicking the Forgot password? link below the email and password fields. You'll then be prompted to enter your email address. Once you've submitted your email address, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you have an account, you should receive this email immediately. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it right away.) If you don’t receive an email, it's likely that email address isn't attached to a Back With Care™ account. To set up an account using that email address, click Sign up at the bottom of the login screen.
