To login or sign up for Buoy Assistant, through your employer, you will need to use the individualized URL or QR code that was supplied to you. To locate these items, check the email that was sent inviting you to use Buoy Assistant. When you pull up the Buoy Assistant website that is connected to your organization, you will see both your organization’s logo and Buoy’s logo in the upper left hand corner.

If you are not utilizing Buoy Assistant through an employer, no problem! Simply use the public website link here.

Once you are in the right place, follow these steps to sign up or create an account:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate Buoy Assistant URL

  2. Click or tap the Log in/Sign up button in the upper right corner of the screen

  3. Click or tap the Sign Up button on the right side of the log in box

  4. Enter your email address

  5. Enter a password of your choice

  6. Click or tap the blue Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen

Once you've created your account, you'll be redirected to the beginning of the experience, where you can begin your assessment.

Please keep in mind that this combination of your email and password will serve as your log-in credentials going forward!
